Dear All,
Reticently Junior Admin Renamed an user with admin process. Now user saying that he wants to user lotus client instead of inotes. we tried to configure notes but getting an error user is not present in domino directory while configuring. I also tried on my pc to open his database from his ID file getting error you are not authorized to open this database. User new name is not updated in ID Vault Database. Which setting i need to done to resolve this issue please suggest.
